Did you know the ACT is an achievement test, measuring what a student has learned in school? The SAT is more of an aptitude test, testing reasoning and verbal abilities.
ASU, U of A, and NAU accept both the SAT and/or ACT. Some students do better on the SAT while others do better on the ACT.Learn More about our tutors
3 things you MUST consider…
Before investing in Phoenix ACT prep class or ACT tutoring for your student!
1. What ACT option is best for you?
The ACT unlike the SAT is a knowledge based test that reviews concepts you learned in school; Therefore a Phoenix ACT prep class that quickly goes over ACT prep strategies may not be the best option. Although an ACT prep class may be advantageous for some, ACT prep classes are not exactly one-size-fits all.

2. What are your college ACT score requirements?
While every Phoenix ACT prep class teaches the writing section, most colleges don’t require it. Different programs within a university have different ACT prep score averages, some schools won’t even look at your application if you don’t meet the minimum ACT score.
